This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application RetroGauge (the “App”), developed and published by Renan Rider (“Developer”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), as listed on the Google Play Store.

By using RetroGauge, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

RetroGauge does not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or contact details.

However, the App may access the following data strictly for functionality:

Location / GPS Data – Used to calculate and display real-time speed within the app.
Device Sensors – Used for speed measurement and app functionality.
App Usage & Diagnostics Data (if analytics is enabled) – May include device type, operating system version, crash logs, and general usage statistics.

If analytics or advertising services are integrated, these third-party services may automatically collect anonymized technical information such as:

Device identifiers
Advertising ID
Approximate location
App interaction data

2. How We Use Information

Any data accessed or collected is used solely for:

Displaying real-time speed.
Improving app functionality and stability.
Analyzing app performance.
Serving advertisements (if ads are enabled).

We do not sell, rent, or trade user data.

We do not directly share personal information with third parties.

Speed and sensor data are processed locally on your device.

RetroGauge is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
